In 2004 I spent one week in Sydney Australia with Dr Suzanne Skiffington who is recognised as a world authority in training organisational coaches to achieve positive, sustainable, measurable behavioural change and learning. Sadly Dr Skiffington passed away in 2007.

Over the last 10 years of her life, working with her business partner Perry Zeus, Dr Skiffington certified over one thousand professionals (from over 40 countries) on her successful personal and professional development coaching methodology and business practice.

I was one of the 1000 professionals she certified.

Before being certified as a master coach in 2004, I had already coached and trained hundreds of men and women in communication, relationship and attitude enhancement - or mindset as we now call it. My clients have ranged from teenagers who were setting out in life to parents who found themselves alone together again... after the children have left home and started their own families.

I have coached in boardrooms, schools, kitchens, factory floors, café's and even on a park bench eating sandwiches during a lunch break.
